Green beans with chilli and garlic paste

A veggie side with some serious personality, the winning combination of redolent chilli and garlic give these greens an almighty flavour kick

200 g, (trimmed)
- Heat grapeseed oil in a large non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and chilli paste and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add beans and 2 tbs water and cook, stirring, for 6–8 minutes or until beans are tender and sauce has thickened. Serve.
