Five ingredients are all you need for a fresh and filling Greek-style wrap.

Ingredients

lean lamb backstrap

320 g, (Buy 400g) fat trimmed

extra light tortilla

172 g, (4x43g wraps)

rocket

60 g, and baby spinach mix

cherry tomato

250 g, quartered

low fat tzatziki

80 g, (1/3 cup)

oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Heat a chargrill or barbecue on medium-high. Lightly spray the lamb with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the lamb for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes to rest before slicing thinly.
  2. Heat the wraps following packet instructions. Divide the rocket and spinach mix and tomato among the wraps. Top with the lamb and tzatziki. Roll up to enclose the filling.
