Ingredients

mango

¼ medium, chopped

pineapple

2 slice(s), chopped

kiwifruit

½ medium, chopped

fresh strawberries

8 individual, halved

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

150 g

ground all spice

¼ tsp, pinch

fresh mint

1 tbs, leaves, chopped

pistachios

1 tsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, pineapple, kiwi fruit and strawberries. Top with yoghurt, allspice and mint and pistachios.

Notes

VARIATION: Swap fruits for other seasonal fruits of your choice such as bananas, grapes and stone fruits.
