Fruit salad with honey citrus syrup
1 tsp, finely grated
Freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbs, fresh
2 medium, sliced
350 g, (1/2 medium melon, peeled, deseeded), cut into 2cm cubes
250 g, quartered
2 tbs, leaves, finely shredded
- Whisk honey, orange rind and juices in a large bowl until combined.
- Add fruit and toss to combine. Stir in basil to serve.
