For a refreshing way to finish a meal, serve melon skewers with tangy yoghurt.

Ingredients

rockmelon or cantaloupe

500 g, (1/2 small)

honeydew

500 g, (1/2 small)

watermelon

500 g

fresh mint

15 g, (36 small leaves)

99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt

1½ cup(s), (360g)

honey

1½ tbs

ground cinnamon

¾ tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon into 1.5cm wide x 8cm long ‘chips’. Thread mint and fruit onto 36 wooden skewers.
  2. Combine yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Serve ‘chips’ with dip.

Notes

TIP: You will need about 800g of both the rockmelon and honeydew for this recipe.
