Fruit bread with mango and mint lassi
A lassi is a popular Indian yoghurt drink which can double as an exotic smoothie for breakfast.
1 medium, peeled, chopped
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
½ cup(s), (120g)
1 tbs, (3 x large mint leaves)
Fruit loaf, café style
70 g, (2 x 35g slices)
Reduced fat oil spread
- Blend or process the mango, yoghurt, mint and half cup ice until smooth. Pour into chilled serving glasses.
- Toast the fruit bread and spread with the spread. Serve immediately with lassi.
