Fruit and yoghurt breakfast jars
Assembled in no time, these crunchy-topped, fresh and fruity jars are perfect to enjoy al fresco for a refreshing light breakfast. Swap the fruit according to what’s in season. Try strawberries, peach, blueberries, ruby red grapefruit, apple, pear or passionfruit. The choices are endless!
2 medium, thinly sliced
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
2 cup(s), (480g)
1 tbs, (strabwerry)
½ cup(s), (75g)
- Divide half the orange and banana evenly among 4 serving jars or glasses. Spoon over half the yoghurt and dollop with half the jam. Repeat layers with remaining fruit, yoghurt and jam. Sprinkle evenly with muesli to serve.
Squeeze a bit of orange juice over the banana to prevent it from browning if you are prepping ahead.
