99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

½ cup(s), (80g), sliced
1 tbs, kernels, chopped
20 g, finely chopped
- Line a 16cm x 26cm (base measurement) baking tin with baking paper.
- Combine yoghurt, syrup and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spread mixture over base of prepared tin. Sprinkle with berries, nuts and chocolate.
- Place in freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm. Break into bite-sized pieces to serve.
Tip: Suitable to store. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
