- Microwave frittata on High (100%) for 45 seconds-1 minute, until heated through.
- Using a fork, mash avocado on the toast. Season with salt and pepper. Top with frittata. Serve immediately.
PREP TIP: Toast your bread a little darker than usual to support the hefty topping.
