LSA mix is a mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds.

Ingredients

Ground LSA seed mix (linseed, sunflower, almond)

1 tbs

Pecans

1 tbs, lightly toasted

Pepitas

1 tbs

Chia seeds

1 tbs

Dried apricots

¼ cup(s), (35g) coarsely chopped

Fresh blueberries

125 g

Fresh raspberries

125 g

Fresh strawberries

250 g, quartered

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

2 cup(s), (480g)

Instructions

  1. Process LSA, pecans, pepitas, chia and dried apricots in a small food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Divide blueberries, raspberries and strawberries among serving bowls. Sprinkle with half the chia mixture. Dollop with yoghurt and sprinkle with remaining chia mixture to serve.

Notes

TIP: Store chia sprinkle in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
