Francoise's berries and cream cheese toast

White sourdough bread
50 g, toasted, (2 x 25g small slices)
Light cream cheese
2 individual, quartered
¼ cup(s), (40g)
Sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbs, leaves, to serve
- Spread toast with cream cheese. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with syrup. Scatter over mint leaves.
