Who doesn't love a 4-ingredient recipe that can be used in sandwiches, over salads, in lettuce wraps, and more? Personalise this recipe with your favourite vegetables and seasonings. The key to making this popular sandwich filling so great is to finely mince the vegetables so they spread evenly throughout the recipe, imparting great flavour in every bite.

Ingredients

Tuna, canned in springwater, drained

1 425g can

Green shallot(s)

cup(s), (35g), finely sliced

Celery

cup(s), (45g), finely chopped

Light whole egg mayonnaise

cup(s), (100g)

Instructions

  1. Place tuna in a mixing bowl and flake with a fork until very fine. Add onions, celery and mayonnaise; mix well. Season with a pinch of salt, if desired.

Notes

You can swap light mayonnaise for 99% fat-free Greek yoghurt.
