These wraps taste so good you'll swear they came from a gourmet deli. Take one to work for a winning weekday lunch, or serve them at a picnic for a touch of gourmet

Ingredients

97% fat-free cottage cheese

130 g

reduced fat feta cheese

30 g

wholemeal lavash bread

2 piece(s), (2x60g)

Boiled pumpkin

cup(s), (140g), mashed

pepitas

2 tsp

watercress

30 g

Instructions

  1. Combine cheeses in a small bowl, then spoon along centre of bread. Top with pumpkin, pepitas and watercress.
  2. Tuck in one end, then tightly wrap up with paper or foil to serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Green salad drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.TIP: You can use lettuce leaves instead of watercress sprigs.
