These wraps taste so good you'll swear they came from a gourmet deli. Take one to work for a winning weekday lunch, or serve them at a picnic for a touch of gourmet


Ingredients
97% fat-free cottage cheese
130 g
Reduced fat feta cheese
30 g
Wholemeal lavash bread
2 piece(s), (2x60g)
Pumpkin, cooked without added fat
⅔ cup(s), (140g), mashed
Pepitas
2 tsp
Watercress
30 g
Instructions

Combine cheeses in a small bowl, then spoon along centre of bread. Top with pumpkin, pepitas and watercress.

Tuck in one end, then tightly wrap up with paper or foil to serve.
