Fairy floss and rosewater champagne
Who would have thought that fairy floss and champagne would marry together so well? Sweet and bubbly – so perfect for festivities!
1 tbs, (rosewater)
1 medium, seeds removed
Sparkling white wine
750 ml, (pink champagne or sparkling rose)
Confectionery, sugar, hard varieties
15 g, (fairy floss)
- Divide rosewater and pomegranate seeds among champagne glasses. Top up with chilled pink champagne or sparkling rosé.
- When the bubbles subside, divide fairy floss among the glasses, to rest on top of the wine. Serve immediately.
