Easy egg salad
Though we scoop this egg salad up with celery sticks, you can also serve it in lettuce leaves, as a sandwich, over a rice cake, and more.
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
½ tsp, (or chives), finely chopped
2 stick(s), cut into small sticks
- Mash together egg, yoghurt, mustard, parsley, and salt in a small bowl. Serve with celery.
