Dirty hippie affogato
Tea, chai, original
2 tbs, hot, strong
reduced fat vanilla ice cream
50 g, (1 scoop)
½ tsp, (pinch)
- Place chai sachet in a jug with 2 tablespoons boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard sachet.
- Add hot espresso to chai mixture (see note).
- Place ice-cream in a small glass and pour over hot espresso mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
