Most Aussie Christmas celebrations aren’t complete without the Pav for dessert. This deconstructed modern twist is super light and one the kids will love. Mini marshmallows, Turkish delight, coconut flakes and fresh mint leaves finish it all off.

Ingredients

Watermelon

whole, sliced

fresh strawberries

8 individual

meringue

30 g, bought mini meringues

Middle Eastern Restaurant Turkish delight

75 g

marshmallow

20 g, halved

pistachios

¼ cup(s), (35g)

fresh mint

1 tbs, sprigs

shredded or desiccated coconut

1 tbs, (coconut flakes)

icing sugar

1 tsp, to dust

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients on a large plate in a wreath shape. Assemble shortly before required. Dust with icing sugar.
