Creamy oat porridge topped with sliced fruit and a drizzle of rich maple syrup is a great way to start your day.


Ingredients
Rolled oats, dry
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
Almond milk
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
Fresh dates
1 individual, pitted, chopped
Banana(s)
½ medium, sliced
Fresh strawberries
3 individual, thinly sliced
Sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbs
Instructions

Place the oats, milk and date in a small saucepan. Soak for 15 minutes. Heat over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 3–4 minutes or until porridge thickens. Spoon porridge into a serving bowl. Serve topped with banana, strawberries and maple syrup.
