Curried popcorn with dried cranberries

Ingredients
Popcorn kernels (unpopped)
½ cup(s), plain, (120g)
Canola oil
1 tbs, 1 tsp for popcorn base, plus an extra 3 tsp for curry oil
Curry powder
2½ tsp
Dried cranberries
2 tbs, chopped
Sunflower seeds
2 tbs

Mix popcorn and ½ teaspoon oil in a large microwave safe bowl. Cover with a lid or plate and microwave on High (100%) for 3-4 minutes, until popping subsides.

Place popped popcorn into a large bowl. Mix remaining canola oil and curry powder in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Drizzle curry oil over popcorn and toss well to coat. Sprinkle over cranberries and sunflower seeds.
