Low alcohol wines are perfect to spice up summer fruit drinks.
200 g, (2 individual), peeled, halved, seeded, chopped
Reduced-alcohol white wine
3 cup(s), (750ml), chilled
Diet tonic water
4 cup(s), (1 litre)
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
- Place 1 cucumber in a food processor and process until smooth. Strain into a jug.
- Add wine, tonic water and gin. Combine.
- Use a vegetable peeler to slice 1 telegraph cucumber into ribbons. Half fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the wine mixture and swirl in the cucumber ribbons to serve.
