Crunchy cabbage salad

Look no further for your new favourite snack or appetiser. This crunchy raw cabbage dish is simply delectable. Similar to massaging kale salad, we massage the seasonings into the cabbage so that it softens slightly but still retains most of its crunch. For a stronger garlic kick, you can use grated raw garlic.


Ingredients
Green cabbage
¼ half, roughly chopped
Sesame oil
¾ tsp
Garlic powder or flakes
½ tsp
Sesame seeds
¾ tsp, toasted
Instructions

Place cabbage in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and white pepper. Massage the seasonings into the cabbage with your hand, making sure to coat it evenly. Place in a serving bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
