Crispy oven fries
1 tbs, finely chopped
1 clove(s), minced
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Scatter potatoes on tray and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook potatoes for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until golden.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Remove cooked potatoes from oven and coat evenly with oil mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until crispy. Serve hot.
