Ingredients

Potato(es)

900 g

Olive oil

1 tbs

Fresh rosemary

1 tbs, finely chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), minced

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Scatter potatoes on tray and lightly spray with oil.
  2. Cook potatoes for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until golden.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Remove cooked potatoes from oven and coat evenly with oil mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until crispy. Serve hot.
