Crispy air fryer brussels sprouts

500 g, trimmed and halved
Fresh lemon rind
1 tsp, finely grated
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
- Place brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add oil, season with salt and pepper and toss well to coat. Transfer to air fryer basket.
- Air-fry for about 15 minutes, or until browned and tender, pausing to shake and toss after 8 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon rind to serve.
TIP: To prepare brussels sprouts, trim base and remove any blemished outer leaves before cutting in half.
