Great for entertaining or a healthy snack, add some vegie sticks for crunchy goodness.
97% fat-free cottage cheese
½ medium, roma variety, seeded
2 tbs, finely chopped
1 tsp, to taste
- Using a fork, mash the avocado and cottage cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir through most of the tomato and half the coriander. Add the Tabasco sauce and season with black pepper.
- Top with the remaining tomato and coriander.
SERVING SUGGESTION: vegie sticks such as cucumber, celery, capsicum or steamed asparagus.
