Creamy celeriac mash

820 g, (buy 1kg), peeled, cut into 4cm chunks
Low-fat ricotta cheese
½ cup(s), (125ml)
2 g, (pinch)
2 tbs, chopped
- Steam the celeriac over a saucepan of boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Process the celeriac with the ricotta and milk in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
