This is one way to get the kids to eat their greens! Garlicky, creamy spinach is a tasty side to any dish.


Ingredients
Light cream
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
English spinach
2 bunch(es), coarsley chopped
Instructions

Place light thickened cream and garlic in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil.

Add spinach and cook, stirring, for 4–5 minutes or until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
