Cream cheese and smoked salmon egg sliders
Looking for a healthy snack option? Try this low-carb alternative that mimics the flavours of a delicious everything bagel sandwich with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Instead of bread, we use a hard-boiled egg that's packed with protein to keep you satisfied for longer.
2 large, (hard boiled)
8 slice(s), (very thin slices)
½ medium, cut into very thin slices
Light cream cheese
Everything bagel seasoning
- Cut each egg in half lengthwise. On the bottom half of each egg, arrange half of the salmon, cucumber, and onion. Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese on the cut side of the top half of each egg; sprinkle evenly with the everything seasoning. Arrange the egg tops, cheese side down, on the sliders.
