Cottage cheese and tomato bouquet

250 g, (baby roma)
97% fat-free cottage cheese
120 g, (1/2 cup)
1 clove(s), crushed
1 individual, bunch, trimmed
- Cut the smooth end of the tomatoes in a criss-cross pattern (not the stem end). Discard seeds and excess juice.
- Combine cottage cheese and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with pepper. Fill a piping bag with the cheese mixture. Pipe the cheese mixture into the tomatoes.
- Arrange the tomatoes and the onion stems on a serving plate to form a bouquet.
TIP: You can also flavour the cottage cheese with chopped chives, basil or parsley. You can make this up to 4 hours ahead of time and store in the fridge.
