Add a modern twist to your hummus with a dash of lime juice and fresh coriander. A healthy snack in minutes!

Ingredients

Chickpeas, canned, rinsed, drained

1 can(s), 400g size can, (1 x 400g can)

Garlic

1 clove(s), chopped

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1½ tbs

Tahini

3 tsp

Olive oil

1½ tsp

Lime(s)

1 medium, juiced

Fresh coriander

¼ cup(s), leaves

Instructions

  1. Process chickpeas, garlic, yoghurt, tahini, oil, lime juice, coriander and 1½ tablespoons warm water in a food processor until combined, but still chunky. Add a little more water if you prefer a smoother consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable sticks.

Notes

TIP: Store leftover hummus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
