Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 400g can, (1 x 400g can)
1 clove(s), chopped
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
1 medium, juiced
¼ cup(s), leaves
- Process chickpeas, garlic, yoghurt, tahini, oil, lime juice, coriander and 1½ tablespoons warm water in a food processor until combined, but still chunky. Add a little more water if you prefer a smoother consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable sticks.
TIP: Store leftover hummus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
