Dry rolled oats
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
Unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Canned pineapple in natural juice, drained
⅓ cup(s), (crushed) (65g)
¼ tsp, finely grated
- Place oats, coconut milk, pineapple, honey, lime rind and juice and a pinch of salt in a medium jar with a lid or a reusable container. Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes, to serve.
