Cobb salad with ranch dressing
Hans 98% Fat Free Short Cut Bacon
125 g, chopped
4 cup(s), (2 baby cos)
200 g, or grape tomatoes
Chicken, lean breast, skinless, stewed or braised
2 medium, (2 x 150g)
4 medium, soft boiled, halved
Ranch dressing, light
80 ml, (2/3 cup)
- Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and chicken. Arrange in serving bowls with bacon. Top with egg and drizzle with dressing. Serve.
