Ingredients

wholemeal pita bread

31 g

tomato passata

1 tbs

baby spinach leaves

10 g

mushrooms

30 g, thinly sliced

red onion

20 g, (1 tbs) thinly sliced

chorizo sausage

25 g, thinly sliced

reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese

20 g

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1 tbs

lemon juice

1 tsp

smoked paprika

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high. Place pita bread on a baking tray and grill for 1 minute each side until just toasted.
  2. Spread pita with passata. Top with spinach, mushrooms, onion, chorizo and cheese. Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  3. Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle pizza with yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
