- Combine coffee with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water in a shallow bowl. Dip half the biscuits, one at a time, briefly into coffee mixture. Arrange biscuits in a single layer over base of a 1L (4-cup) capacity serving dish.
- Sprinkle biscuit layer with half the berries, then spread half the Nestlé® Soleil™ Chocolate Mousse over berries. Dip remaining biscuits in remaining coffee mix and arrange over top of mousse.
- Sprinkle remaining berries over biscuits and spread with remaining mousse. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve sprinkled with chocolate.
