Chocolate and salted pistachio granola
This nutty, chocolate granola is deliciously crunchy and cooked in just 30 minutes. Enjoy it with your morning yoghurt, or sprinkled over a bowl of nice cream for a super tasty treat.

Sweetened puffed rice cereal
1 cup(s), (35g)
½ cup(s), (70g)
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Lightly spray a large shallow-sided baking tray with oil. Whisk maple syrup, canola oil, cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon salt and cardamom in a large bowl. Add oats, puffed rice cereal and pistachios. Stir to evenly coat in syrup mixture.
- Spread granola evenly over prepared tray. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Cool completely on tray, then transfer to a reusable container.
Granola will keep for up to 3 weeks.
