Chilli jam pork steaks
Keep sweet chilli sauce, brown sugar and fish sauce on hand to whip up a tangy marinade in no time. Smother your pork steaks, cook, then serve with steamed greens
Sweet chilli sauce
Lean pork leg steak
2 medium, (buy 2x120g)
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Combine sweet chilli sauce, sugar and fish sauce in a small bowl. Combine half the chilli mixture with pork, turning to coat. Reserve remaining chilli mixture.
- Preheat grill on high. Line grill tray with foil. Lightly spray pork with oil and place on prepared tray. Grill steaks, brushing with reserved chilli mixture, for 5–7 minutes or until cooked. Keep an eye on steaks to prevent burning.
- Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave broccolini until just tender. Serve chilli jam pork with broccolini.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Any other steamed vegetable and steamed brown rice.
