Skinless chicken breast
400 g, thinly sliced
8 regular, (8 x 14g)
50 g, (spice mix)
Coleslaw, without dressing
1 medium, halved, stone removed, chopped
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Lightly spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until browned. Add the spice mix and ½ cup (125ml) water. Stir until smooth. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, heat taco shells following packet instructions.
- Fill hot taco shells with coleslaw mix, chicken mixture and avocado. Drizzle with salsa from taco kit and top with coriander to serve.
