Chicken salad wraps
Sometimes, you just crave a no-fuss, straightforward chicken salad. This is the one for you, made creamy with a combination of low-fat mayo and Greek yoghurt and seasoned with garlic powder. Lettuce boats make a crunchy, fresh, ZeroPoint base on which to serve it.
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
Garlic powder or flakes
⅛ tsp, (pinch)
Cooked skinless chicken breast
½ cup(s), shredded, (80g)
2 individual, leaves (large)
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yoghurt, and garlic powder. Add the chicken and stir well to coat. Divide the chicken salad evenly between the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired.
