Chicken Caesar skewers
Skinless chicken breast
900 g, cut into 36 cubes
135 g, (buy 6 x 25g slices), fat trimmed, cut into 36 pieces
36 individual, grape variety
½ head(s), medium, cut into 36 pieces
- Heat a large non-stick frying over medium-high heat. Cooking chicken, in 2 batches, turning for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add bacon to same pan, cook, turning halfway through, for 4 minutes or until lightly golden and crispy.
- Thread chicken, tomatoes, lettuce and bacon onto 12 wooden skewers. Drizzle skewers with Caesar dressing to serve.
