Chicken, avocado, tomato and cheese melts
These filling chicken melts take a mere 5 minutes to prepare. Perfect for a quick lunch.
180 g, (2 x 9cm-wide pieces, split)
Cooked skinless chicken breast
200 g, shredded
1 large, cut into wedges
16 individual, halved
Extra light cheddar cheese
1 cup(s), grated, grated (120g)
- Preheat oven grill. Place the bread, cut-side down, on a baking tray and grill for 1-2 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to a clean surface and spread the cut-side with mustard.
- Top with the chicken, avocado, tomato and cheese. Grill for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
