Whole grain mustard
10 g, (4 leaves)
1 stick(s), thinly sliced
1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks
Cooked skinless chicken breast
80 g, chopped
Extra light cheddar cheese
1 slice(s), (1 x 21g slice), cut into 4 thin strips
- Place wraps on a board and spread mustard evenly down the centre of each.
- Top evenly with lettuce, celery, apple, chicken and cheese. Roll up wraps to serve.
