Perfect for an office lunch or weekend picnic, this fresh take on the ever-popular wrap will have you the envy of your colleagues and friends.

Ingredients

Wrap, rye

80 g, (2 x 40g)

Whole grain mustard

3 tsp

Butter lettuce

10 g, (4 leaves)

Celery

1 individual, thinly sliced

Apple

1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks

Cooked skinless chicken breast

80 g, chopped

Extra light cheddar cheese

1 slice(s), (1 x 21g slice), cut into 4 thin strips

Instructions

  1. Place wraps on a board and spread mustard evenly down the centre of each.
  2. Top evenly with lettuce, celery, apple, chicken and cheese. Roll up wraps to serve.

Notes

TIP: If you can’t find rye wraps, use any other whole grain wrap.
