This Asian stir-fry is guaranteed to have your taste buds dancing in your mouth

Ingredients

oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

skinless chicken breast

500 g, thinly sliced

Chinese five spice

1 tbs, powder

broccoli

180 g, Chinese variety, cut into 10cm lengths

snow peas

200 g

hoisin sauce

60 ml, (¼ cup)

chicken stock

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken in Chinese five spice. Lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden.
  2. Add broccoli, snow peas, hoisin and stock and stir-fry for a further 4–5 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender. Serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Enjoy with cooked thick hokkien noodles.TIP: For the freshest, tastiest results, ensure you have all the ingredients ready to throw into the wok before heating. Also, check the wok is really hot before cooking.
