Chicken and Chinese broccoli stir-fry

skinless chicken breast
500 g, thinly sliced
Chinese five spice
1 tbs, powder
180 g, Chinese variety, cut into 10cm lengths
60 ml, (¼ cup)
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
- Toss chicken in Chinese five spice. Lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden.
- Add broccoli, snow peas, hoisin and stock and stir-fry for a further 4–5 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender. Serve.
