Cherry slushie with yoghurt
This cooling, summer breakfast will re-energise you after your morning exercise.
100 g, pitted
99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened
- Using a blender or food processor, process cherries, ice-cubes and ½ cup (125ml) water until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve dolloped with yogurt.
You can use frozen cherries instead of fresh.
