This cooling, summer breakfast will re-energise you after your morning exercise.

Ingredients

cherries

100 g, pitted

no-fat, no added sugar vanilla yoghurt

70 g

Instructions

  1. Using a blender or food processor, process cherries, ice-cubes and ½ cup (125ml) water until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve dolloped with yogurt.

Notes

You can use frozen cherries instead of fresh.
