Cherries
100 g, pitted
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
70 g
Instructions

Using a blender or food processor, process cherries, ice-cubes and ½ cup (125ml) water until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve dolloped with yogurt.
