Extra lean beef mince, raw
½ medium, grated
White bread roll
300 g, (buy 4 x 75g hotdog rolls), warmed and split
Light tasty cheese
4 slice(s), (4 x 21g)
24 g, (12 x 2g burger pickle slices), drained
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Place beef and onion in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 15cm long sausage shape patty.
- Lightly spray a barbecue or non-stick grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Cook beef patties for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- To serve, line each hot dog roll with 1 cheese slice, top with 3 pickles, a beef patty and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
