Chargrilled haloumi with thyme
125 g, drained
1 x 3 second spray(s)
1 medium, wedges to serve
- Cut haloumi into 3 thick slices and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
- Lightly spray haloumi with oil and chargrill on medium heat for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Halve each slice, season with pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
