Haloumi cheese
125 g, drained
Fresh thyme
1 tsp
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Lemon(s)
1 medium, wedges to serve
Instructions

Cut haloumi into 3 thick slices and sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Lightly spray haloumi with oil and chargrill on medium heat for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Halve each slice, season with pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
