Sorbet, all flavours

120 ml, strawberry, mango or lemon

sparkling white wine

750 ml, or champagne

Instructions

  1. Divide strawberry sorbet among champagne flutes. Top up with chilled champagne or sparkling white wine. Serve immediately.
