Ingredients

Low fat crème caramel

1 tub(s)

Meringue

40 g, (4x10g pavlova nests)

Mango

85 g, slices

Kiwifruit

1 medium, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spoon the custard from the crème caramel into a bowl. Reserve the caramel.
  2. Fill the pavlova nests with the custard. Arrange the mango and kiwifruit on top, slightly overlapping. Spoon over the caramel to glaze the fruit.
