Garlic

Heat a large non-stick grill pan or barbecue grill plate over medium–high heat. Cook bread for 2–3 minutes each side, until toasted and lightly charred. Rub toasted bread with cut side of garlic cloves and drizzle with olive oil. Add topping of your choice and season with pepper.
