Baked beans in tomato sauce

72 g, (2 x 36g tortillas)
97% fat-free cottage cheese
⅓ cup(s), (80g)
1 medium, chopped

- Place baked beans in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until hot. Stir in lime juice.
- Heat tortillas following packet instructions. Top half of each tortilla with bean mixture. Spoon over cottage cheese and top with tomato and spinach. Roll to enclose filling. Serve.
TIP: You can add ½ teaspoon chilli powder when cooking the beans if you’d like a little heat.
