Add some extra fibre to your morning smoothie with these crunchy flakes. The yoghurt makes the banana and cinnamon oh-so-creamy.

Ingredients

Banana(s)

1 medium

Skim milk

¾ cup(s)

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

¼ cup(s)

Wheat flakes

½ cup(s), (20g)

Ground cinnamon

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, milk, yoghurt, 20g cereal flakes and a pinch of ground cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
