99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt

ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, milk, yoghurt, 20g Fibre Up Flakes and a pinch of ground cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
