Sophisticated and fruity, this drink is super special and can also have raspberries and strawberries added for more great flavours!
Canned peaches in natural juice, drained
400 g, (1x400g can)
Sparkling white wine
750 ml, chilled, or champagne
- Drain peach slices. Use a stick blender or food processor to puree the peach.
- Divide puree and blueberries among glasses.
- Top up with chilled champagne or sparkling white wine. Serve immediately.
TIP: You can replace blueberries with raspberries or halved strawberries.
